  • Other business or personal information provided voluntarily by the user

All such data is publicly visible to anyone with the card link.

3. Data Ownership & Responsibility

All data and media uploaded or entered by the client are owned and controlled by the client.
ITSolusoft acts only as a service provider for displaying the content digitally.

The card owner is solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of data

  • Avoiding any misleading or inappropriate information

  • Updating or requesting removal of outdated data

4. Data Privacy

We value privacy and never sell or share personal information with any third parties.
All data is securely stored on our server and used only for displaying the card as intended.

5. Limitations & Liability

ITSolusoft:

  • Does not verify the correctness or authenticity of user-provided data.

  • Is not liable for any misuse or sharing of the card link by others.

  • May suspend or hide a card if suspicious, illegal, or harmful content is detected.

Users are advised not to share sensitive or confidential information (like personal ID numbers, bank details, etc.) through their card.

Digital cards may contain external links (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, or websites).
ITSolusoft is not responsible for the content, privacy, or security of those third-party sites.
